Sometime between last month and August 1, Jackson started football with the homeschool team. Mama wasn't so excited about it but he's loving it so far. Webb says it's a good workout, twice a week, which is so good for my oldest who has plenty of energy.
We've been so thankful for milder summer temperatures. We've played outside a lot, a whole lot! I heard that we are only 19 Fridays away from Christmas. I love Christmas but I don't even want to think about cold weather and shorter days.
We've enjoyed the sun, surf, disc golf, park outings, meeting new homeschooling friends, playing with old friends and time with family. August is sometimes referred to as the Sunday of Summer. Well, hopefully the next few weeks will go by very slow. We plan to soak up every last minute of it.
