July & August, 2015

July 17 was our official move in day.  There are still pictures to be hung and painting to be done but we are in!

Cousin Sara Beth got married at Calabash so we enjoyed some quality time at the beach and fellowship with the family.

Sawyer began swim lessons a few weeks back.  Ms. Marcie has been wonderful and Sawyer is making great progress.  We're working to get him proficient before water begins filling the pond.  Granddaddy is finishing up the dam and has worked so hard.

We visited Papa and Grandma this past Sunday and played at the park near Roanoke Rapids Lake.

The boys and I are enjoying our last few weeks of sleeping "late-ish" and not having much of a daily routine.  All good things must come to an end eventually.  Maybe we will be ready for a change soon:-)

I'm ready to hang some pictures

Someone is going to paint that ugly box soon:-)

After a trip to Rucker John's, and evidence of a RJ's ribs on his face, we decided to do some painting

Swimming and building castles- this was the summer for shark attacks but we only saw one man catch a sand shark in the surf on this trip.  Thank you, Jesus:-)

Here's a picture of the slumber party last week that involved more party than slumber, except for LJ;-)
